Key Responsibilities

– Optimize conversion rates (CRO) through A/B testing

Key Responsibilities
– Edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) from trainer-generated footage
– Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
– Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with our premium brand
– Collaborate with trainers to guide content creation (angles, hooks, storytelling)
– Write captions, hashtags, and optimize posts for engagement
– Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, saves) and iterate content
– Support light creative direction (content themes, aesthetics, tone)

Requirements
– Strong experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
